While supporting Executive Officer Committee meetings for the Treasury Division, there was a growing need for clearer, more centralized visibility into operational efficiencies and the impact of automation initiatives across the organization.

Reporting was fragmented across teams, metrics varied between initiatives, and leadership often spent significant time consolidating and interpreting data before meaningful decisions could be made.

To address this, I led the design and development of an enterprise “Efficiencies Dashboard” within PowerBI that provided leadership with real-time visibility into operational performance, process improvements, and automation outcomes across the portfolio. I partnered directly with business owners and senior leadership to identify the metrics that mattered most, focusing on operational efficiency gains, process optimization opportunities, workload impacts, and areas where successful improvements could be scaled across additional teams.

The reporting framework consolidated data into a standardized and highly visual experience that transformed how leadership evaluated operational performance and strategic improvement efforts. Rather than relying on static reports and manual analysis, leadership gained an interactive, real-time view of where efficiencies were being achieved and where additional opportunities for optimization existed across the organization.

As a result, executive decision-making became faster, more informed, and more proactive. The dashboard significantly reduced the manual effort previously required to analyze operational performance, strengthened visibility into the impact of automation initiatives, and helped leadership identify opportunities to expand successful process improvements across the division.
